The Town of Georgetown will be hosting the first “Winterfest, Featuring a Night of Ice & Fire” on February 12th.

The event will include, food trucks, unique vendors in Strousse Park, live music on the Library stage, and winter themed activities in the historic downtown area from 11am to 3pm.

Guanella Pass will be hosting a scavenger hunt from the brewery at 1:00pm, grand prize is a crowler of your choice and a beanie!

The festival will also feature a hockey tournament on the ice rink in Werlin Park  (1014 Taos St, Georgetown) from 1pm to 4pm.

Head from downtown  to Georgetown Lake to cheer on the ice drivers (ice thickness permitting), and enjoy a New Photography exhibit at Cabin Creek Brewing!

Stay for the evening festivities in Werlin Park from 4pm – 8pm!

Skate to DJ provided music, warm up next to propane fire pits, and heaters  and enjoy coffee, tea, cocoa, and beer for purchase, as well as smores, and additional food vendors in the park!

Skates will be available to rent for $5.
