Stocked in our store is jerky of all kinds, from different flavors and textures to exotic meats you’d never expect. Enjoy spicy jerky or mild jerky, classic beef jerky or vegan jerky. About Us
We, Jann and Max, the owners of Georgetown Jerky and Emporium, first started the business as a way to meet new people, make new friends, and become involved in the community of Georgetown, Colorado. We’re involved in several local establishments and organizations that work for the betterment of the town and love being a part of this great community. We consider ourselves, and our shop dog Ruby, unofficial Georgetown ambassadors.

We love everything about this little town and love being a part of it. While we know we can’t meet you in person right now, we still want to serve you and bring you the best jerky around (from a distance). That’s why we’ve opened an online store! You can now buy all of your favorite jerky online – for delivery or pick-up.
We know that it can sometimes be hard to decide which jerky to buy – there are quite a few options! In our online store, we offer jerky “flights” with several different types of jerky for your enjoyment! Flights are organized by texture, flavor, and type so you can find a combination that hits the spot. Some specialty jerky we offer includes gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan! No matter how you eat or what you like best, our jerky is the perfect answer!
